Why do I need to pay to enter?
Unlike many others, this Awards programme has a very thorough and robust judging process. The short-listing can take a panel of judges a week to decide and the presentations will take several days to complete. The nominal fee that you are required to pay contributes towards the expenses of these processes and also shows that entrants are committed to seeing the process through, making planning the presentations more convenient.
What criteria do we need to meet?
Each category has specific criteria which you will see once you start submitting your entry, once you have started to submit your entry you can amend all sections up until Friday January 22nd, 2010.
If I have entered a category that requires me to present to the panel and I get through the first round of judging what happens next?
You will be required to present in person to an independent judging panel in Central London. You should ensure that someone senior in your organisation is available to attend the presentation to answer any detailed questions from the judging panel.
Where will the judging take place?
Presentations to the judging panel will be held at Music Week HQ, Blackfriars Road, London.
Who are the judges?
Judges are selected for their industry insight, experience and knowledge of the specific category. Most judges are very influential in their field, which why it is imperative that presentations are concise and portray the full and correct information, and if it is to be a live presentation these must be made by senior people within finalists' organisations.
When do I get my invitations?
Invitations will be sent to you around two weeks in advance of the Awards, entrance will be allowed with a ticket only so please make sure you bring this with you.

The Music Week Awards will take place on Thursday April 15th, 2010, at the Hilton on Park Lane Hotel.
