CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS POLICY
 
Please note that we have a no cancellation policy and we do not provide refunds if guests are no longer able to attend the event. If you are unable to attend due to testing positive for Covid, or you are self-isolating then you may nominate an alternative person from your organisation to attend in your place. All substitutions must be received in writing to Kate Smith (kate.smith@futurenet.com) up to 12 hours before the event.
 
Covid guidelines and restrictions

Future is following the local and government restrictions and guidelines on the current pandemic closely. However, attendance at our event is at your own risk and Future is not liable if you believe you have contracted Covid-19 at our event. The guidance and restrictions are likely to change and therefore Future reserves the right to remove or impose additional restrictions or rules to ensure the accessibility and safety of everyone at the event.
